El Hogar de Amor Y Esperanza in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, is The Home of Love and Hope for orphaned and abandoned children. The Honduras/El Hogar Mission is an international mission of the congregation of Kingsway-Lambton.

The 2010 Honduras Mission Team
The 2010 Honduras Mission Team will be lead by Susan Franklin and Gary Huggins and the trip will take place the week beginning Saturday, August 28th. The initial information meeting was held on Sunday, December 13th, 2009, in the West Reception Room. If were unable to attend but would like to learn more about the Mission please contact Susan Franklin or Gary Huggins via the Church office.

Your Support
There are many ways in which you can support the mission: prayer, physical donations and financial donations. Your financial support of the Honduras Mission will greatly assist the 260 children living at the El Hogar Orphanage in Honduras. It will ensure they receive food, clean water, medical and dental care, an education, and most of all, continued love and hope. Ninety-eight percent of all financial donations to the Honduras Mission go directly to the children of El Hogar. Thank you for your support!

Fiesta Tropicale
The Honduras Committee is back with another Fun and Fresh Fundraising Party. Join your friends, family and members of the community for a “tiki-style” celebration to raise funds for our little amigos. “Fiesta Tropicale” is not to be missed! Come out and enjoy delicious food stations, live music, a live auction, fun games, steel band entertainment and so much more!
