We will be holding a Week of Guided Prayer this Year on the theme of “Journey of Faith”. The week will begin immediately after church on Sunday May 26th with a light lunch in the West Reception Room followed by an opening session where registrants are paired with their companions and meet to plan when and where they will meet from Monday to Friday that week. Each day registrants will spend half an hour on their own reading and praying over daily scriptures. Then they will meet with their assigned prayer partners either in person or virtually to further unpack and pray over the scriptures. This is not bible study, but an opportunity to see how the scriptures connect to your life and spirituality.
On Saturday morning June 1 the group will meet again for a closing session including communion.
Many past attendees describe this week as the highlight of their church year.
