Our Ministers and members of the Pastoral Care Team make regular visits to those in hospitals or other healthcare facilities. They also visit individuals in their homes if they are unable to attend church because of illness or age.
Maintaining a connection to our church community is important to keep people engaged with society and to help them feel less isolated or alone.
