Coffee Hour Co-ordinator - Coffee, tea, juice and treats are served after the 10:00 service each Sunday. A co-ordinator is needed, beginning in September, to maintain this purposeful ministry of fellowship. Ministry and Personnel Committee Member – Human Resources experience would be an asset to being a part of the committee that looks after KLUC’s personnel requirements.  Contact Jean Veitel  [email protected]

Communications Committee Chair - Some IT and Social Media experience and understanding would be required to undertake oversight of the website, social media and print communications of KLUC.  Contact Horace Knight at [email protected]

Nominating Committee Member - Share in assisting to fill vacant or soon-to-be-vacant volunteer positions within the church. Contact Horace Knight at [email protected]

Gifts and Giving Co-Chair - Participate in regular meetings to co-ordinate all givings at KLUC; includes the annual Stewardship campaign, special church projects, Legacy. The Committee also evaluates and schedules all other fundraising events in the church which could include Outreach, UCW and Mission and Service events.  Contact Horace Knight at [email protected] .

New Member’s Co-ordinator - Work with Rev. Hugh to welcome new members, arrange orientation evening before each New Members' Sunday, co-ordinate a welcome reception in the Fall each year. This is easily handled by two co-ordinators working together. Contact Susan Franklin at [email protected]

Pageant - So many positions, big and small, are available to help bring our traditional Christmas pageant to the stage. Contact Donna-Lee Waymann at [email protected]

Readers  Rev. Hugh would be pleased to see more and new readers of scripture on a Sunday morning.  If you are interested in reading a passage on a Sunday morning please contact Janet at [email protected] to be added to the list.  Janet will be sending out a request for dates later in the summer.

Outreach Committee  Community Outreach needs a volunteer to organize the Out of the Cold dinner on Friday, January 31, 2020. You will have lots of help and direction if needed. We serve 120 people and supply 30 bagged lunches. Please phone Dorothy Foster @ 416 237-0826, or email [email protected]
