JOHN ADAMS

The beauty of nature is my inspiration - the big sky, the hills, the movement of the wind and of course the trees. My passion is traveling by motorcycle discovering the beautifully twisty roads.

THOMAS AITKEN & KATE HYDE

We collaborate to create work that is both highly practical and visually intriguing. Our whimsical imagery references a variety of sources, including the history of ceramics, theatre, poetry and textiles.

LISA ALLSHIRE

Lisa paints landscapes, still life and urban scenes. A lifelong painter, Lisa paints mainly in oil or pastel. She is interested in capturing the play of light on water and its interaction with the environment.

KAREN BOWEN

Karen L Bowen paints Canada's Countryside and Shorelines, oil on canvas. Her work has been exhibited in many juried shows/galleries and has won several awards (top 10 seller McMichael 2019). Visit Wymbolwood Studio, Midland.

PETER COLBERT

Peter Colbert is an internationally collected fine artist known for his figurative and abstract paintings. Originally from Vancouver, Peter was educated in Toronto and lives in Ottawa.

JERRE DAVIDSON

My landscapes are created exclusively out of glass. I shape the glass trees and branches over a flame and using coloured glass particles, I lay out the image in multiple layers before kiln firing them.

LAURIE De CAMILLIS

After a lifetime of studio painting, I am now plein air painting, oil paintings completed in one sitting, on sight. I am no longer separated by a drawing, or a photograph. I engage directly with my subject, in the moment.

LORENA DEW

Lorena Dew utilizes colours, textures and movement, her long-standing love of painting, and formal graphic design training to pull people in with the intent to evoke emotions and experiences that are unique to the viewers.

GUO YUE DOU

GuoYue Dou is a Canadian artist who enjoys painting the life and mood of the city; capturing retro streetcars, car lights reflected on rainy days, and the posture and behaviour of city people.

COURTNEY DOWNMAN

Courtney Downman is a Canadian glass artist, instructor and current artist-in-residence at the Living Arts Centre glass studio in Mississauga.

BRIGITTE GRANTON

I paint impressionistic Canadian landscapes in oil paints, using bold strokes and creating impasto with both brush and palette knife.

ROBERT HINVES

Robert enjoys creating paintings of beautiful Ontario landscapes. Robert finds many locations with historical value and creates incredibly detailed work, even capturing the eerie energy. Robert works in pen, ink and watercolour.

MARIA IVA

Maria Iva is a nature lover and a tireless hiker. She finds inspiration in exploring nature scenes of Southern Ontario. She paints with a palette knife in a loose impressionistic manner and uses colorist approach to express the quality of light in the open air.

DARLENE KULIG

The designer in me loves simple shape and bold colour while the painter in me explores light, rhythm and personal connection. I continue to play with a careful balance between my intellectual and intuitive self.

ELIZABETE LUDVIKS

I love stones, found pebbles, rocks. There is something intensely satisfying in finding the perfect stone. This series incorporates found stones into precious pieces of jewelry, reflecting the encompassing beauty of nature and the earth.

TETYANA LYPKA

Bold pieces from Studio Tiny Loft are made with ecological awareness. They marry comfort with style and find balance between primitive and refined. The artist was inspired by the classic and tribal art and contemporary fashion.

JAMIE MacLEAN

I am a landscape painter. I paint with texture, big colours and shadows that best capture the emotion and feelings of the image. I also do work on aluminum, letting the reflective properties add to the scene.

MARY McLORN VALLE

Flowers are provocative symbols of unfolding energy, endurance, renewal and beauty. These themes are explored in vibrantly coloured still-life oil and resin paintings. Colour is further explored in systematic gridded studies and drippy brushstroke works.

SAM PAONESSA

I am a professional artist enjoying a creative journey spanning over 40 years. My inspiration comes from many subjects but mostly my admiration and reverence for the magnificent beauty of every season designed by the Creator’s Hand.

MARLENE PAPE

I paint skies, trees, beaches, water, clouds, abstracts, figures and portraits often with a surreal point of view. My favourite place is in 'the zone' - where you lose track of time while doing what you love.

BOB PENNYCOOK

My art is an expressive interpretation of the shapes, colors, textures, rhythm and patterns of the landscape that surrounds my country studio. I’m a painter and printmaker currently working with mixed media collage.

DIOGO PINHEIRO

These works are created as a response to the speed of our culture; a negative effect is that beauty is missed or ignored. Beauty can be conceptualized as balance/structure shown through simplified geometric shapes.

MICHELE ROSE

I am inspired by the countryside around me and my homeland in England. I create peaceful and serene landscapes with a little sense of humour. A landscape which you escape into.

BARB TENEYCKE

My focus is creating works that convey calm, excitement, or stir emotion. I aim to produce landscapes, both real and imagined, that are infused with ethereal light, depth and hope.

JOHN VISSER

My paintings express a desire to evoke the sense of serenity and beauty that nature instills in me. Rural and wild places induce a meditative calm, a removal from the distractions of everyday life.

KERRY WALFORD

Kerry Walford is a Canadian Landscape Painter living in Southern Ontario. Her impressionistic paintings depict the rural Canadian landscape with an emphasis on light, colour and atmosphere.

TOD WARING

Tod Waring designs and crafts unique metal pieces for the garden and home. An appreciation for design – old and new – and a sense of whimsy are displayed in his work.

JOHN WERLICH

Rugged, watery, glacier smoothed and windswept landscapes are part of our Canadian identity. My images evoke a memory, a sense of belonging. Linger and reflect. This is our home.

LLOYD WILSON

I am a full time Canadian Artist who paints landscape images using oil on canvas. Although I have been painting for a number of years, it continues to fascinate. Inspiration is everywhere in this wonderful country.

MICHEAL ZAROWSKY

There is a natural elegance both to and in the world. My paintings are meditations on that elegance; they all contain the divine spark of originality.

JACK ZHOU

Paintings allow me to express my love for nature and true desire. I particularly love light and colour and depict landscapes in a symbolic and exaggerated way.
