Council Announcement

Kingsway-Lambton United Church
Council Announcement
Dear Friends,

Dear Friends,

With joy and gratitude, the Search Committee is delighted to share that, after much prayerful discernment, we have unanimously agreed to recommend a minister to be called as the next Lead Minister of Kingsway-Lambton United Church.

A Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 26, following the worship service, to vote on extending this call.
If approved, our new minister will begin their ministry with us on March 1, 2026.

Because our candidate is currently serving in another United Church, and because the call is not official until the congregation votes, we are unable to share their identity at this time. Their name, story, and vision for ministry will be announced at the congregational meeting—when we can truly celebrate together.

This is a joyful milestone in the life of our church. We believe God’s Spirit has been guiding every step of this process, and we are filled with hope for what lies ahead.

Thank you for your steadfast commitment to prayer, your words of encouragement, and your patience as we have walked this journey together. We look forward to October 26 with great anticipation!

In faith and gratitude,

Sarah Keating, Alastair Currie, Sharon Burlacoff,
Greg Service, Janna Adair, Jennifer Visser
