This service (only) will be held in-person in the sanctuary and live-streamed for those at home, NOT held via Zoom. Donations update: as you find treasures in your garage, basement, and closets to re-home, please be aware of our schedule for accepting donations:

April 17-21 from 10 am - 7 pm

Also, please bear in mind that we can only accept and re-sell items in good condition. Please ensure your toys, books, clothing, household items and outdoor items are clean, complete, and/or
in good working order.

Please join us for the annual cleanup of our Home Smith Park. We will meet in the north end parking lot (end of Old Dundas Street), rain or shine. Please bring along gloves, garbage bags and a water bottle. We will provide water and a snack.

Next meeting will be a Pizza Party on Monday, April 24 at 6pm. Followed by helping out where needed with the Flea Market pre-sort and displays.

The male members of the KLUC are encouraged to help with the preparation for the Flea Market any Tuesday and Thursday morning. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated by the hard working women and men!

1. MOTION PASSED: New Communications Ministry co-leads nominated (Eryn Smith and Meredith Menzies Walker)
2. UPDATE: New M&P Ministry Lead and Ministry Members will be appointed at next Congregational Meeting
3. MOTION PASSED: A Search Committee of 4 people has been approved to search for new "Supply" Minister (refers to a "bridge" or "transitional" individual for time during which we search for a new "permanent" Lead Minister)
4. MOTION PASSED: The formation of a Strategic Plan Task Force has been approved. 
5. DATES TO NOTE: Fri. Sept. 8 - farewell dinner for Hugh and Esther; Sun. Sept. 10 - Rev. Hugh's last 10 am sermon before retiring.
