It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Lillian Evelyn McRuvie. Lillian was a devoted wife and mother, a loving grandmother, and a cherished friend to many.
Lillian lived a life rich in kindness and generosity. Her strong spirit and warm humor touched everyone who had the privilege to know her. While she enjoyed gardening, cross-stitching, knitting, sewing, and was passionate about investing, Lillian most highly cherished her extended family and large circle of friends and times shared with them; they were always in her heart and on her mind.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, July 2nd at 1:00 pm at Kingsway-Lambton United Church. Reception to follow. There will be no visitation before the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the following charities: Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
Your contributions will honour Lillian's memory and her dedication to helping others.
