Guest Speaker Schedule:

For May 17 - Rev. Dr. Trevor Brisbin

On May 24th the church around the world celebrates its birthday, we call it Pentecost.  As we gather for Fresh Start on this May long weekend, we will explore the importance of examining our perspectives and biases that may hinder the life of the church today.  We will get honest, real, and hopeful as we explore the story of Thomas ahead of Pentecost.

About our speaker: Trevor is the minister of St. Stephen’s on the Hill United Church in Mississauga.  He lives with his wife Marisol and their 3 kids in Bloor West Village, where he loves to coach youth hockey and walk the family bernedoodle, Millie.

In addition to its regular services, Fresh Start actively engages with social justice issues. We've hosted impactful events on topics such as Anti-Racism and Truth & Reconciliation, sparking powerful conversations and leading to meaningful, actionable change.
